Millinocket seeking alternate member for Planning Board after Cote resigns

MILLINOCKET—Millinocket Planning Board is seeking a new alternate member following the recent resignation of Jonathan Cote. Cote, who also served as Millinocket fire chief and emergency management director before stepping down from that role in May, tendered his resignation from Planning Board. His tenure on Planning Board, which is appointed by Millinocket Town Council based on applications submitted by interested residents, was independent from his role as fire chief.
