TOWN OF ENFIELD
Metal Roof and Windows for Buildings at Morgans Beach
The Town of Enfield is requesting bids from Contractors to replace and install new roofs and windows for buildings at Morgans Beach, located at 4 Morgan Beach Road Tax Map 024, Lot 026 in Enfield, Maine. A complete bid package including labor and materials for repairs and installation of items listed below but not limited to:
• New metal roof, trim and soffit on 16’ x 14’ Bath House.
• New metal roof, trim and soffit on 20’ x 16’ Snack Shack.
• 4 New replacement windows on Snack Shack.
It is suggested that all respective bidders perform a site visit to understand what materials are needed and the scope of the job. Any Inquiries about the project can be made at the Enfield Town Office Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., or by email request of the Code Enforcement Officer at ceo@enfieldmaine.org. Questions regarding this RFP are due by 4:00 p.m. on September 10, 2026. The bid award will be based on the total bid price and awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. The Town of Enfield reserves the right to accept or reject any bids. All bidders must provide proof of Worker’s Comp Insurance or waiver, W-9 and General Liability Insurance.
Sealed bids labeled “Morgans Beach – Repair Bid – Do Not Open” will be received by the Town Office at 789 Hammett Road Enfield, ME 04493 until 4:00 PM on September 14, 2026. Bids will be opened at the
Selectboard meeting on September 14, 2026 at 5:00 p.m.
